癫痫共病抑郁的发病机制及中医治疗思路的研究进展

摘　　要：抑郁是癫痫患者常见的共病现象,无论是西医还是中医角度,癫痫和抑郁均有着共同的发病机制。西医学认为是免疫-神经-内分泌网络异常导致的癫痫共病抑郁,中医学则认为癫痫共病抑郁与中医藏象学说之肝、脑相关。藏象学说之下的肝、脑与西医之免疫-神经-内分泌网络系统有着密切联系。较西医而言,中医治疗有着多层次、多靶点、综合调节的优势,且西医对癫痫病灶的定位和各项生化指标及影像学检查,点明了中药和针灸在机体内的作用方向,为中医药的治疗本病带来了新思路,有利于对其治疗的进一步发展。Depression is a common phenomenon in patients with epilepsy.No matter from the point of view of western medicine or traditional Chinese medicine,epilepsy and depression have common pathogenesis.Western medicine believes that epilepsy comorbid depression is caused by abnormal immune-neuro-endocrine network,while traditional Chinese medicine believes that epilepsy comorbid depression is related to the liver and brain of theory of viscera and their manifestations.The liver and brain under the theory of viscera and their manifestations are closely related to the immune-neuro-endocrine network system of western medicine.Compared with western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of multi-level,multi-target,and comprehensive regulation,and the location of epileptic focus and various biochemical indexes and imaging examination of western medicine point out the function direction of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture in the body.It brings new ideas for the treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine,which is conducive to the further development of its treatment.
