摘  要:油码头运营过程中波浪对船舶系泊安全有较为明显的影响,特别是9s以上的涌浪,针对这一过程中可能存在的位移和断缆风险,通过开展物理模型试验,讨论波浪对船舶-缆绳-护舷组成的系泊系统的响应规律。结果表明:在试验条件下,横荡运动和横摇运动是限制船舶是否可以作业的控制条件;在所有缆绳中,横缆的受力最大,更易发生断缆,需要工作人员在作业时多关注,及时调整。此外,根据运动量和系缆力的限制条件,对船舶的最大允许作业波高进行了评估,试验结果可为油码头船舶系泊安全提供依据。During the terminal operation,the swell of more than 9 s have a relatively obvious impact on the mooring safety of the ship.In view of the possible risk of cable breakage,the response law of the wave period to the entire system consisting of the ship-mooring lines and fenders is discussed through physical model tests.The research results show that under the test conditions,the sway motion and roll motion are the control conditions that limit whether the ship can operate.Among all the lines,the bow transverse cable has the largest tension and is more likely to break the cable,which requires the staff to pay more attention during the operation and adjust the length in time.In addition,according to the limit conditions of movement and mooring force,the maximum allowable working wave height of the ship is evaluated in the study,and the test results can provide a certain basis for on-site operation.
