摘　　要：该文针对体育教学中的创新教学方法及其应用效果进行了深入研究。通过文献回顾,分析了传统体育教学的局限性,并探讨了创新教学方法的理论基础。研究选取几种具有代表性的创新教学方法,详细描述实施步骤,并通过案例分析展示这些方法在实际教学中的应用情况。通过对比分析,评估创新教学方法的应用效果,特别是在提升学生体能、技能和心理健康方面的效果。最后,该文对创新教学方法在体育教学中的优势和局限进行了讨论,提出研究结论,旨在为体育教学领域提供新的视角和方法,以促进学生全面发展。This paper conducts an in-depth research on innovative teaching methods and their application effects in physical education teaching.Through literature review,the limitations of traditional physical education teaching are analyzed,and the theoretical basis for innovative teaching methods is explored.This study selected several representative innovative teaching methods,describestheir implementation steps in detail,and demonstratestheir application in practical teaching through case studies.Through comparative analysis,it assessesthe application effects of innovative teaching methods,especially in improving students' physical fitness,skills,and mental health.Finally,the paper discusses the advantages and limitations of innovative teaching methods in physical education teaching,and presents research conclusions,aiming to provide new perspectives and methods in the field of physical education teaching,in order to promote the comprehensive development of students.
