高职学校体育教学中开展生命安全教育重要性探究

摘　　要：在社会经济快速发展的背景下,生命安全受到了人们的高度重视,与此同时带动了生命安全教育的发展。如今各大高校常常开展以“珍爱生命、注重安全”为主题的相关教育活动。而在高校教学中,体育是必修科目之一,体育教师能够向学生传授体育运动方面的相关技能和知识,有助于增强学生体魄,使学生养成良好的运动习惯。而在体育课程实际展开期间,学生会接触到一些难度系数较高的运动和训练,易于出现生命安全问题。针对此,高校体育教师和各级领导应当基于生命安全教育来进行体育教学教育工作,并积极将生命安全教育知识内容传授给学生,不断提高学生的安全技能,强化安全意识,从而推动学生的健康发展。Under the background of the rapid development of social economy,life and safety have been highly valued by people,and at the same time,they led to the development of life safety education.Nowadays,colleges and universities often carry out related educational activities with the theme of "Cherish life,pay attention to safety".In the teaching of colleges and universities,physical education is one of the compulsory subjects,physical education teachers can teach students the relevant skills and knowledge of sports,which helps to enhance students' physical fitness so that students develop good sports habits.During the actual development of physical education course,students are exposed to some sports and training with higherdifficulty coefficient,which are prone to life safety problems.In view of this,college physical education teachers and leaders at all levels should carry out physical education work based on life safety education,and actively impart life safety education knowledge to students,so as to constantly improve students' safety skills,strengthen safety awareness,so as to promote the healthy development of students.
