摘　　要：该文旨在探讨创新教育理念下如何改革高职院校体育教育,以提高教育质量和培养更具竞争力的应用型专业人才。该文通过文献综述的方法,查找政策文件和实际案例,提出了一系列改革对策,包括转变教学理念、丰富教学内容、根据实际情况进行改变、制定合理的教学方案以及改变体育教学方法。这些对策的实施将有助于满足学生多元化需求,提高教育质量,推动高职院校体育教育的全面提升。This paper aims to explore how to reform physical education in higher vocational colleges under the concept of innovative education to improve the quality of education and cultivate more competitive applied professionals.Through the method of literature review,this paperlooks for policy documents and actual cases,and puts forward a series of reform countermeasures,including changing teaching concept,enriching the teaching content,making changes according to actual situation,formulating reasonable teaching plans,and changing physical education teaching methods.The implementation of these countermeasures will help meet the diversified needs of students,improve the quality of education,and promote the overall improvement of physical education in vocational collegesand universities.
