冰雪运动对大学生心理素质和身体素质的影响

摘　　要：心理素质和身体健康息息相关,在体育锻炼中,有些大学生因为运动能力不足而出现疾病,这些现象表明了大学生精神面貌、文化修养以及生活态度等方面存在问题。随着社会不断进步与发展,各种文化都呈现出多样性、多元化趋势,同时由于人类文明在不停变化,大学生正处于身心发展的关键时期,是国家建设者和接班人,应该承担起相应的责任。因此在高校开展体育教育工作时,更要重视学生健康心理素质以及身体素质。该文通过问卷调查法,了解冰雪运动对大学生身心素质及生理机能,所产生的影响作用,然后根据调查结果做出相应对策,学校应该加强体育设施建设和场地器材管理力度,提高学生在学习过程中遇到难题时能够解决困难的能力。Psychological quality and physical health are closely related,in physical exercise,some college students suffer from diseases because of lack of exercise ability,which showsthat there are problems in college students'mental outlook,cultural cultivation and life attitude.With the continuous progress and development of the society,all kinds of cultures showingthe trend of diversity and plurality,at the same time,due of the constant changes of human civilization,college students are in a critical period of physical and psychological development,they are the builders of the countryand the successors,and theyshoudld assume the corresponding responsibility.Therefore,when carrying out physical education in collegessand universities,it is more important to pay more attention to students'healthy psychological quality and physical quality.This paper through the questionnaire survey method,to understand the ice and snow sports on the physical and psychological quality of college students and the physiological function,the impact of the role,and then according to the survey results to make the corresponding countermeasures,schools should strengthen the construction of sports facilities and management of venues and equipment to improve students'ability to solve difficulties when they encounter them.
