摘　　要：马克思主义是我们立党立国、兴党兴国的根本指导思想。从根本上说,马克思主义是幸福学,是团结的人学,人民至上是马克思主义的根本政治立场。马克思主义理论素养是新时代大学生核心素养的统帅和灵魂。教育引导青年大学生自觉接受与认同马克思主义,确立起对马克思主义的坚定信仰,是新时代新征程培育与提升大学生马克思主义理论素养的根本目标。对青年大学生的马克思主义理论素养水平进行动态、科学测度,是保证高校思想政治工作方向和质量的重大举措,是有效识别和探求把握高校思想政治工作问题和对策的重要环节。学习、认同、弘扬、传承红色文化,是新时代新媒体语境下培育与提升大学生马克思主义理论素养的有效途径。深化与拓展新时代大学生马克思主义理论素养问题研究与实践探索任重而道远!Marxist theory is the fundamental guiding ideology for building our country and rejuvenating the party.Essentially,Marxism is a science of happiness and unity,with the thought of people supremacy being the fundamental political stand of Marxism.Marxist theoretical literacy is the commander and soul of college students'core literacy in the new era.To educate and guide young college students to consciously accept and identify with Marxism and establish a firm belief in Marxism is the fundamental goal of cultivating and improving college students'Marxist theoretical literacy in the new era and process.Dynamic and scientific measurement of young college students'Marxist theoretical literacy level is an important measure to ensure the direction and quality of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.It's also an important link to effectively identify and explore the problems and countermeasures of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.Learning,identifying,and inheriting the red culture is an effective way to cultivate and enhance college students'Marxist theoretical literacy in the context of new era and new media.Deepening and expanding the research and practical exploration of Marxist theoretical literacy of college students in the new era is a lasting and arduous task.
