摘  要:随着腹腔镜手术技术在结直肠癌手术中的应用日臻成熟,其操作精度高、术后恢复快,深受外科医生青睐。但面对肥胖或腹腔严重粘连的患者,常规腹腔镜入路则变得尤为困难。对于这类患者,寻求一种更安全有效的入路显得极为重要。目前,尚无腹膜后入路治疗乙状结肠癌的报告。本例报告1例对乙状结肠癌女性患者成功经腹膜后入路,行保留左结肠动脉的D3淋巴结清扫术。As the application of laparoscopic surgical technique in colorectal cancer surgery becomes more and more mature,it is favored by surgeons because of its high precision of operation and fast postoperative recovery.However,in the face of obese patients or patients with severe adhesions in the abdominal cavity,the conventional laparoscopic approach becomes particularly difficult.For these patients.it is important to seek a safer and more effective approach.Currently.there is no report of retroperitoneal approach for the treatment of sigmoid colon cancer.In this case,we report a female patient with sigmoid colon cancer who underwent successful D3 lymph node dissection with preservation of the left colonic artery via retroperitoneal approach.
