摘　　要：以某三级甲等综合医院人才队伍建设为例,分析了目前公立医院人才队伍建设现状、发展中面临的问题和挑战,发现在人才队伍建设中存在人才工作缺乏规划、制度建设不完善、人才作用发挥不充分等问题,并就如何建设高质量人才队伍提出针对性的对策和具体措施,以助推医院高质量发展。The article analyzes the current status of talent team construction of public hospitals by taking the construction of the talent team of a tertiary first-class general hospital as an example.It is found that there are some problems in the construction of talent team,such as the lack of planning,imperfect system construction and insufficient role of talents.Specific countermeasures and measures are proposed to build a high quality talent team and promote high-quality development of the hospital.
