摘  要:研究目的:为客观有效评估隧道冻害程度,基于群组决策和三角模糊数法构建寒区隧道冻害风险评价模型。首先,采用更有利于专家表达的三角模糊数建立判断矩阵,利用相容度指标确定专家判断水平,从而赋予相应权重;其次,综合考虑引起寒区隧道冻害的温度、水文、围岩条件和工程措施等因素,形成二级评价指标,通过三角模糊数群组决策模型确定各指标权重;再次,将二级评价指标分为10个定量指标和6个定性指标,定量指标按梯形分布建立隶属度函数,定性指标由专家按百分制打分,再按梯形分布函数确定各等级隶属度;最后,通过模糊综合评价方法计算确定隧道冻害等级,并提供相应的预防措施。研究结论:(1)选取温度、水文、围岩条件和工程措施4个一级指标、16个二级指标,设置4个冻害等级,构建了基于三角模糊数的群组决策寒区隧道冻害风险综合评价体系;(2)本文提出的冻害风险评价模型应用于杀虎口隧道,风险等级评价结果与隧道实际冻害一致,验证了模型的合理性;(3)本文模型更加客观全面,可为隧道冻害风险提供安全预警和防控建议。Research purposes:In order to objectively and effectively evaluate the degree of freezing damage of tunnels,a risk assessment model of freezing damage of tunnels in cold regions is established based on group decision making and triangular fuzzy number method.First,the triangular fuzzy number which is more conducive to the expression of experts is used to establish a judgment matrix.The compatibility index is used to determine the expert judgment level,and then the corresponding weight is given.Second,considering the temperature,hydrology,surrounding rock conditions,engineering measures and other factors that cause freezing damage of tunnels in cold areas,the second-level evaluation index is formed,and the weight of each index is determined by triangular fuzzy number group decision model.Third,the secondary evaluation indexes are divided into 10 quantitative indexes and 6 qualitative indexes,and the membership function is established according to the trapezoidal distribution of the quantitative indexes.The qualitative index is scored by experts according to the percentage system,and then the membership degree of each level is determined according to the trapezoidal distribution function.Last,the grade of tunnel freezing damage is calculated and determined by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and corresponding preventive measures are provided.Research conclusions:(1)Four first-level indexes and 16 second-level indexes of temperature,hydrology,surrounding rock conditions and operation and maintenance measures are selected,and four frost damage grades are set.The comprehensive evaluation system of tunnel frost damage risk in cold regions based on group decision-making based on triangular fuzzy numbers is constructed.(2)The risk assessment model of freezing damage in this paper is applied to the Shahukou Tunnel,and the risk grade assessment is consistent with the actual freezing damage of the tunnel.(3)The model is more objective and comprehensive,and can provide safety early warning and prevention and control sug
