后疫情时代高等教育发展趋势与粤港澳大湾区工科高校的应对策略

摘　　要：该文介绍后疫情时代世界高等教育发展趋势,教育中心随经济文化中心的迁移而迁移,高等教育正在深度融入区域经济发展,其教学范式、资源配置、教学模式都在发生深刻变化。中国社会稳定和经济繁荣必将推动中国高等教育的崛起,当前国家实施“双一流”建设和新工科建设对工科高校是一个重大发展契机,学科交叉融合、信息技术与教育深度融合正在发挥更大作用。为顺应后疫情时代高等教育的时代发展大势,为粤港澳大湾区的工科高校提出打造“粤港澳大湾区新工科”品牌、重视政府和中小企业的作用、采用《华盛顿协议》升级版打造培养体系及本地信息技术与高等教育深度融合的建议。This paper introduces the development trends of higher education in the post-epidemic era.Education centers are shifting in line with economic and cultural hubs.Higher education is deeply integrating with regional economic development,and its teaching paradigms,resource allocation,and teaching modes are undergoing profound changes.China's social stability and economic prosperity will undoubtedly promote the rise of Chinese higher education.The current national implementation of the"First-rate Universities and Disciplines"initiative and the New Engineering initiative presents a significant development opportunity for engineering colleges and universities.Interdisciplinary integration and the in-depth integration of information technology and education are playing crucial roles.To adapt to the development trends of higher education in the post-epidemic era,suggestions are put forward for engineering colleges in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to build a"New Engineering"brand,emphasize the role of the government and small and medium-sized enterprises,adopt an upgraded version of the"Washington Accord"to build a training system,and integrate local information technology with higher education.
