摘  要:在“双一流”建设背景下,提升研究生培养质量成为重中之重。同时,地方高校也要主动应对“双一流”建设对研究生教育带来的新机遇和新挑战。该文深入分析目前地方高校研究生培养现状和存在的主要不足,利用该校山东省化学工程与技术优势特色学科的建设契机,提出通过重构多元课程体系、创新教学模式和构建基于新型导学关系的培养模式,实现突出学科特色的研究生复合型创新人才培养目标。通过上述举措的探索与实践,研究生的科研创新能力和综合素质不断提高,专业影响力不断提升。Under the background of"double first-class"construction,improving the training quality of postgraduates has become the top priority.At the same time,local colleges and universities should also take the initiative to deal with the new opportunities and challenges brought by the"double first-class"construction to graduate education.The main deficiencies existing in the current postgraduate training in local colleges and universities are analyzed in this paper.By taking advantage of the construction opportunity of the advantageous and characteristic discipline of Chemical Engineering and Technology of our university in Shandong Province,we put forward a way to realize the cultivation of innovative complex talents of postgraduate with prominent discipline characteristics by reconstructing the diversified curriculum system,innovating the teaching mode and constructing the training mode based on the new guiding relationship.Through the exploration and practice of the above measures,the scientific research and innovation ability and comprehensive quality of postgraduates have been continuously improved,and the professional influence has been continuously improved.
