基于工程教育认证的达成度研究与实践——以建筑环境与能源应用工程专业为例

摘　　要：工程教育认证是国际通行的工程教育质量保障制度,也是实现工程教育和工程师资格国际互认的重要基础。达成度评价则是工程教育认证的基础。该文以建筑环境与能源应用工程专业为例,对基于工程教育认证的达成度评价方法和机制进行研究及探索,包括课程目标达成评价、毕业要求达成评价、培养目标达成评价,并介绍实施的情况和持续改进的成效。实践取得良好的效果,证明研究的可靠性和有效性,这对类似的工科专业开展工程教育认证、提高教育质量具有一定的借鉴价值。Engineering education accreditation is an internationally accepted quality assurance system for engineering education,and it is also an important foundation for the realization of international mutual recognition of engineering education and engineer qualifications.Achievement assessment is the basis for engineering education accreditation.Taking the major of Building Environment and Energy Application Engineering as an example,this paper studies the methods and mechanisms of achievement evaluation based on engineering education certification,including the achievement evaluation of curriculum goal,graduation requirement,and training goal,and introduces the implementation and effectiveness of continuous improvement.The practice has achieved good results,which proves the reliability and effectiveness of this research.This study has certain reference value for similar engineering majors to carry out engineering education certification and improve the quality of education.
