摘  要:田间任务分配是多农机协同工作分配中的核心问题,在农忙时期,需要多种农业机械配合完成多项田间作业任务。为了提高田间农业机械工作效率及协同管理,在充分考虑供需匹配、农机作业能力、作业周期和路径成本的基础上,提出了基于蚁群算法下多机任务协同分配模型,并以农作物收获试验为例,通过MatLab对改进蚁群算法的多台农机协作的动态和静态任务分配进行了仿真分析。研究结果表明:当任务数量设置为11时,谷物联合收获机和农业运输机械的成本分别降低了50%和22%,表明改进的蚁群算法可以有效降低路径成本;当任务数量设置为5、11、16、22时,农业机械平均运行周期分别缩短了65%、38%、56%、56%,可以避免田间部分农机超载和其他农机闲置等问题,缩短了农业机械作业周期。研究结果可为解决复杂农田作业时多农机协同调度管理问题提供技术参考与应用依据。Field task allocation is the core problem in the collaborative work allocation of multiple agricultural machines.In the busy farming period,multiple agricultural machines are required to cooperate to complete multiple field tasks,and in order to improve the efficiency and collaborative management of agricultural machines in the field,this study proposes a collaborative task allocation model of multiple machines based on ant colony algorithm with full consideration of supply and demand matching,operational capacity of agricultural machines,operational cycle time and path cost to the results show that when the number of tasks is set to 11,the cost of grain combine harvester and agricultural transport machinery is reduced by 50%and 22%,respectively,indicating that the improved ant colony algorithm can effectively reduce the path cost;when the number of tasks is set to 5,11,16 and 22,the average operation cycle of agricultural machinery was shortened by 65%,38%,56%and 56%,respectively,which can avoid the problems of overloading some agricultural machinery in the field and idling other agricultural machinery,and shorten the operation cycle of agricultural machinery.The research results aim to provide technical reference and application basis for solving the problem of cooperative scheduling and management of multiple agricultural machines under complex farming operations.
