摘  要:电阻式水分检测仪是粮食烘干装备的重要部件,为了提高电阻式单粒粮食检测仪的检测精度,以产自广东省汕头市的自留种丝苗米为研究对象,研究不同含水率(10%w.b.,15%w.b.,20%w.b.,25%w.b.和30%w.b.)稻谷以不同姿势下落入辊轮电极时所测得的电阻值的变化规律,并分析稻谷在落入辊轮电极间被碾压前的受力情况,揭示不同姿势下的稻谷电阻值的变化及变化原因。试验结果表明:电阻式单粒水分检测装置的检测精度会受到稻谷落入姿势的影响,直接表现为所获取的电阻值存在较大误差,进而影响水分检测装置的精度。此外,根据测算原理,引入峰值法及面积法的电阻式水分检测仪给出稻谷最适落入姿势,即峰值法要使得稻谷在λ=90°的姿势下落入辊轮电极,而面积法要使得稻谷在λ=0°的姿势下落入辊轮电极,以获得最佳的检测精度。Resistive moisture detector is an important part of grain drying equipment.In order to improve the accuracy of resistive single grain detection,this paper takes the self-reserved silk seedling rice produced in Shantou City,Guangdong Province as the research object,and studies different moisture contents(10%w.b.,15%w.b.,20%w.b.,25%w.b.and 30%w.b.).The variation law of the resistance value measured when the rice fell into the roller electrodes in different postures,and analyzed the rice being rolled between the roller electrodes.The stress before pressing reveals the change of the resistance value of the rice under different postures and the reasons for the change.The results show that the detection accuracy of the resistive single-grain moisture detection device will be affected by the falling posture of the rice,which directly manifests as a large error in the obtained resistance value,which in turn affects the accuracy of the moisture detection device.In addition,according to the calculation principle,this paper introduces the resistance moisture detector of the peak method and the area method to give the optimum falling posture of the paddy.That is to say,the peak method should make the rice fall into the roller electrode at the attitude ofλ=90°,and the area method should make the rice fall into the roller electrode at the attitude ofλ=0°,so as to obtain the best detection accuracy.
