摘 要:针对旋耕机在作业时存在耕深不够、碎土效果差及土地平整效果差等问题,将数学拟合法应用于旋耕机,对其结构设计进行研究。为了提升旋耕机的作业效果,对旋耕机的结构参数进行优化设计,包括对旋耕机的参数进行分析,并建立旋耕装置的数学模型。为了验证旋耕机的性能,对其进行了旋耕性能试验和旋耕后农田碎土率测定试验。试验结果表明:旋耕机的耕深、地表平整度和碎土率均达到合格指标,作业效果良好。Aiming at the problem of rotary cultivator in operation,such as insufficient tillage depth,poor soil breaking effect and poor land leveling effect,the mathematical fitting method was applied to rotary cultivator and its structure design was studied.To improve the operation effect of the rotary cultivator,the structural parameters of the rotary cultivator were optimized,it included the analysis of the parameters of the rotary cultivator,and the establishment of the mathematical model of the rotary cultivator.To verify the performance of rotary cultivator,the performance test of rotary tillage and the determination of soil breaking rate after rotary tillage were carried out.The test results show that the tillage depth,surface flatness and soil fragmentation rate of rotary cultivator all reach the qualified indexed,and the operation effect is good.
