摘 要:设计了一种钵苗移栽机取苗装置,并对夹苗和松苗两种状态下的末端执行器进行运动仿真,从而选择合适行程的气缸或推杆作为原动件。选用凸轮机构用于顶苗,根据凸轮各阶段工作规律设计出合理的轮廓线,利用仿真验证出满足设计要求。试验结果表明:设计的取苗装置未取出率平均值为8.22%,取苗成功率平均值为91.78%,达到了设计目标。This paper designs a seedling removal device for a pot seedling transplanter,and simulates the movement of the end effector in the two states of clamping seedlings and loose seedlings,so as to select a cylinder or a push rod with a suitable stroke as the original mover.The cam mechanism is selected for ejecting seedlings,a reasonable contour line is designed according to the working law of each stage of the cam,and the design requirements are verified by simulation.The test results showed that the average rate of the designed seedling removal device was 8.22%,and the average success rate of seedling removal was 91.78%.
