摘 要:乡村振兴战略在全国范围内的全面实施,对农业生产、农村建设的各项工作给予了极大的政策扶持。其中,实现农业装备科技创新与智能化发展是乡村振兴战略的重要部分之一,将推动我国农业机械朝自动化、高效化和智能化方向发展。谷物联合收割机是农业生产中的主要农业机械之一,是实现农业高效发展及粮食安全的重要技术手段及装备之一。谷物收获是一个非线性过程,工作过程较为复杂,目前没有相应的数学模型进行相关研究。为此,基于专家知识的模糊逻辑控制器(FLC),实现了谷物收割机的自动调节和控制,降低了谷物收获损失率。FLC以秸秆走道和筛分段的损失自动调整联合收割机的筒速、凹口间隙、风扇速度和前进速度为输入模糊语言变量,FLC在可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)中实现,并通过不同的灌溉或非灌溉耕地进行田间试验,进而验证该联合收割机知识库系统的应用效率。研究结果表明:安装FLC系统的联合收割机与对照组相比,损失平均值之间存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。With the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy nationwide,great policy support has been given to various tasks of agricultural production and rural construction.Among them,realizing scientific and technological innovation and intelligent development of agricultural machinery and equipment is one of the important parts of the rural revitalization strategy,which promotes the development of China's agricultural machinery in the direction of automation,efficiency and intelligence.Grain combine harvester is one of the main agricultural machines in agricultural production,and is one of the important technical means and equipment to achieve efficient agricultural development and food security.Grain harvesting is a nonlinear process with a complex working process,and there is no corresponding mathematical model for relevant research.In this study,a fuzzy logic controller(FLC)based on expert knowledge is used to achieve automatic regulation and control of grain harvesters and reduce the loss rate of grain harvesting.the FLC automatically adjusts the combine's cylinder speed,notch gap,fan speed and forward speed as input fuzzy language variables with the loss of straw walkway and sieving section,and the FLC is implemented in a programmable logic controller(PLC)with different irrigated The FLC was implemented in a programmable logic controller(PLC)and field trials were conducted on different irrigated and non-irrigated croplands to verify the efficiency of the combine knowledge base system.The results of the study showed that there was a significant difference(p<0.01)between the mean loss of combine harvesters installed with FLC system compared to the control group.
