基于OBE理念的大学体育俱乐部教学模式实践研究——以湖北恩施学院为例

摘　　要：作为民族的希望、国家的未来,当代大学生的体质健康及终身体育意识的培养是高等教育的重要方面,是学校体育工作的着力点。本文以湖北恩施学院为例,采用文献资料、测试、对比分析等研究方法,对比分析同一批学生2022年秋季学期及2023年春季学期两次体测成绩,得出2023年春季学期的体测数据显著优于2022年秋季学期体测数据结果,且大部分数据在大一至大四呈逐年向好趋势。可见,基于OBE理念的大学体育俱乐部教学模式的先进性及其可推广性。同时,本文在总结和概括了OBE理念下体育俱乐部模式在大学体育课中的实施路径与推广策略,可供其他兄弟院校借鉴。As the hope of the nation and the future of the country,the cultivation of physical health and lifelong sports awareness among contemporary college students is an important aspect of higher education and a focal point of school physical education.Hubei Enshi College has always been at the forefront of teaching reform.This study takes Enshi University as an example and adopts research methods such as literature review,testing,and comparative analysis.By comparing and analyzing the physical test scores of the same group of students in the autumn semester of 2022 and the spring semester of 2023,it is found that the physical test data in the spring semester of 2023 is significantly better than that of the autumn semester of 2022,and most of the data show an improving trend from the first year to the fourth year.It can be seen that the teaching model of university sports clubs based on the OBE education model is advanced and can be promoted.Additionally,this study summarizes the implementation path and promotion strategies of the sports club model under the OBE education model in university physical education courses,serving as a valuable reference for other sister institutions.
