大学公共体育课体适能教学设计及其实践效果研究

摘  要:科学有效的运动是促进体质健康发展的有效手段。本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法、数理统计法,以128名湖北工业大学在校非体育专业本科生为实验对象,通过16次课(32学时)的公共体育课体适能教学,探讨体适能教学对提高大学生体质健康的效果。结果表明:大学生身体形态与身体素质均有明显改善,其中,大学男生的体重、上臂厚度显著降低,心肺耐力、下肢力量与爆发力较学期初始明显提高;大学女生身体形态明显改善,肌肉力量显著增强,心肺功能有所提高但不显著。体适能教学作为公共体育课教学内容,明显提高了大学生的身体素质,促进了大学生的体质健康发展,教学过程中传授的健康理念也提升了大学生对科学运动的认知。Scientific and effective physical activity is an essential means to promote the development of physical health.This study focuses on the teaching design and effects of physical fitness class in university public physical curriculum.The study utilizes literature review,expert interviews,experiments,and mathematical statistics.A total of 128 undergraduate students who are not majoring in physical education at Hubei University of Technology were selected as participants.Through 16 physical fitness classes(32 academic hours)in public physical education curriculum,the study explores the effects of physical fitness classes on improving the physical health of college students.The results indicate significant improvements in both body composition and physical fitness among college students.Specifically,male students experienced significant reductions in weight and upper arm thickness,along with noticeable improvements in cardiovascular endurance,lower limb strength,and explosive power compared to the beginning of the semester.Female students demonstrated significant improvements in body composition,increased muscle strength,and slight improvements in cardiovascular function.Physical fitness classes,as part of the public physical education curriculum,significantly enhances the physical fitness of college students,promotes their physical health development,and improves their understanding of scientific exercise through the imparting of health concepts during the teaching process.
