摘 要:线上线下混合教学已成为体育教学发展趋势。本文以核心素养为导向,以健美操课程为例,依据OBE教育理念,从确定教学目标、重构教学内容、细化考核方案、检验实践效果等方面,探索线上线下教学模式的构建与实践。结果表明:采用线上线下混合式教学,使教学实效性有所增强,学生的学习态度实现了改观,提升了学生的综合素养,提高了学生的健身能力。Blended teaching mode,combining online and offline methods,has become a trend in physical education.This study takes the aerobics course as an example and adopts the core literacy as the guiding principle.Based on the Outcome-Based Education(OBE)concept,it explores the construction and practical implementation of the blended teaching mode from aspects such as determining teaching objectives,restructuring teaching content,refining assessment plans,and evaluating the effectiveness of practice.The results indicate that the adoption of blended teaching mode enhances the effectiveness of instruction,transforms students'learning attitudes,improves students comprehensive literacy,and enhances their fitness abilities.
