摘  要:探索合成方法简单的碳量子点(CDs)在种子培养领域的应用具有重要意义,以桂花叶为碳源,采用溶剂热法一步合成单激发双发射的近红外荧光碳点。经多种手段对其进行表征和性能考察,荧光量子产率为18%。室温水培条件下,探究不同质量浓度的CDs对绿豆种子萌发情况及幼苗生长的影响。培养7天后,观察发现最佳浓度下绿豆种子发芽率达100%,相比对照组,幼苗苗高增加了2.36 cm,幼苗根长增加了0.88 cm,侧根数量增加了3条。以上结果可得,该碳点制备材料清洁易得、生物相容性好,具有良好的生物传感、植物培养应用前景。It is important to explore the application of carbon quantum dots(CDs)with simple synthesis method in the field of seed growth.Single-excitation double-emission near-infrared fluorescent carbon dots were synthesized in one step by solvothermal method using laurel leaves as carbon source.CDs were characterized,their properties were investigated,and the effects of different mass concentrations of CDs on the germination of mung bean seeds and seedling growth were investigated under room temperature hydroponic conditions.After 7 days of incubation,it was observed that the germination of mung bean seeds at the optimum concentration reached 100%,and the seedling height increased by 2.36 cm,the seedling root length increased by 0.88 cm,and the number of lateral roots increased by 3 compared to the control group.The above results can be obtained that the carbon dot preparation material was clean and easily available,biocompatible,and had good prospects for biosensing and plant culture applications.
