摘 要:以三聚氰胺-甲醛(MF)树脂为壁材,环氧树脂E51为芯材,通过原位聚合法制备了MF环氧树脂微胶囊。采用光学显微镜(OM)和扫描电镜(SEM)研究了阿拉伯胶、聚丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸钠盐和苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物3种保护胶体、不同pH调节阶段对MF环氧树脂微胶囊形成及其表面形态和结构的影响,利用激光粒度仪研究了不同转速下MF环氧树脂微胶囊粒径分布的影响。结果表明,采用苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物为保护胶体,分散速率为2000 r/min,在滴加MF预聚体之前调节体系pH值至4.5时,制备的微胶囊表面形态最好,球形饱满,表面光滑,具有明显的核壳结构,平均粒径为9.8μm,粒径分布较窄。Microcapsules with melamine-formaldehyde(MF)as shell and epoxy E51 as core were synthesized by in situ polymerization.The effects of the type of protective colloid such as gum arabic,poly(acrylamide-co-acrylic acid)sodium and styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer,different pH adjustment stages on the formation,surface morphology and structure of MF-epoxy resin microcapsules were studied by OM and SEM.The influence of particle size distribution of MF epoxy resin microcapsules at different rotational speeds was studied by laser particle size analyzer.The results indicated that the prepared MF microcapsules by adding styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer as protective colloid with the rotation speed of 2000 r/min had the best surface morphology with full spherical shape,smooth surface and obvious core-shell structure when the pH value of the system was adjusted to 4.5 before the addition of MF prepolymer.The average particle size of MF-epoxy resin microcapsules was 9.8μm,and the particle size distribution was narrow.
