微型桩在路堤边坡处治工程中的应用探析

摘  要:农村公路此前的建设标准和设计施工存在一定局限性。由于临近路段移挖作填,路基填筑质量低,排水设计不完善等原因,山区低等级公路路堤滑塌、边坡滑坡等情况时有发生。文章以安溪县路堤滑塌灾害点为研究对象,研究认为相比传统的土石方回填工艺,微型桩结合泡沫轻质土回填具有工期短、施工便捷、经济性好等优势。利用微型桩桩土之间的相互作用,频繁滑塌的填方路堤边坡能够快速受力,快速处治。模拟计算结果显示,桩顶位移及沉降量均较小,微型桩结合泡沫混凝土在该工程中治理效果较好。The previous construction standard and design construction of rural roads have some limitation.Due to the excavation and filling of nearby road sections,low quality of roadbed filling and imperfect drainage design,the embankment collapse of low-grade highways in mountainous area,landslide of side slope and other situations often occur.Taking the embankment collapse disaster points in Anxi county as the research object,it is believed that compared with the traditional earthwork backfill technology,the micro pile combined with foam light soil backfilling has the advantages of short construction period,convenient construction,good economical effciency and so on.The frequently collapsed embankment slope can be quickly stressed and treated by utilizing the interaction between the micro pile and soil.The simulated calculation results show that,the displacement and settlement of the pile top are small,and the micro pile combined with foam concrete has a good treatment effect in this project.
