摘 要:据2023年全球癌症统计报告显示,癌症仍是我国第一大死亡原因,癌症治疗方法的探索一直是科学家们研究的热点。就目前来看,化疗仍是临床癌症治疗最常用的治疗手段之一,具有杀伤作用强、毒副作用大等特点。随着研究的不断深入,人们发现化疗药物在癌症治疗中也发挥着一定的免疫调节作用。文章介绍了化疗药物的分类和特点,并阐述了其免疫抑制机制和免疫增效功能,最后对其在癌症免疫治疗中的应用进行了总结,为化疗药物在癌症免疫治疗中的应用提供新的思路。The report of Global Cancer Statistics 2020 showed that cancer had become the No.1 cause of death in China.Exploring novel cancer therapeutic strategies has been a hot research topic among scientists.Currently,chemotherapy is still one of the most common treatments for cancer in clinical,with strong lethal effects on tumor cells but toxic side effects on somatic tissues.Further studies have elucidated that chemotherapeutic drugs also play a specific immunomodulatory role in cancer treatment in addition to tumoricidal effects.This review introduces the classification and characteristics of chemotherapeutic drugs,describes their immune suppressive mechanisms and immune potentiating functions,and summarizes their applications in cancer immunotherapy to provide new insights into the application of chemotherapeutic drugs in cancer immunotherapy.
