摘　　要：气候变化既是科学问题,也是环境问题、经济问题、政治问题和外交问题,本质上更是人类的可持续发展问题。因此,气候变化经济学天然具备多学科交叉属性。作为一门旨在研究人类在应对气候变化过程中资源配置效率和公平性的新兴学科,气候变化经济学需要从跨学科视角出发,促进学科交叉融合,在学科体系、学术体系和话语体系三个方面综合发力,推动气候变化经济学的学科发展、学术创新和话语传播。本文从学科缘起、学科定位、学科交叉融合和学位体系建设等方面阐释了气候变化经济学学科体系建设的重点任务;从研究对象、研究方法、重点领域、学术共同体建设等方面阐释了气候变化经济学学术体系建设的重点任务;从时代使命、人类情怀和中国特色等方面阐释了气候变化经济学话语体系建设的重点任务。应时而生的气候变化经济学承担着为全球气候治理提供解决方案,为推动中国实现“双碳”目标提供决策支撑的重要使命,必将迎来重要发展机遇期。Climate change is not solely a scientific issue but also encompasses environmental,economic,political,and diplomatic issue,fundamentally implicating the sustainable development of humanity.Consequently,climate change economics innately possesses a multidisciplinary character.As an emerging discipline dedicated to examining the efficiency and equity of resource allocation in the face of climate change,climate change economics necessitates adopting a cross-disciplinary perspective,fostering interdisciplinary integration,and pursuing comprehensive endeavors across three domains:disciplinary system,academic system,and discourse system.These endeavors will facilitate the advancement of climate change economics as a discipline,foster academic innovation,and enhance the dissemination of discourse.This article provides an in-depth analysis of the pivotal tasks involved in constructing the disciplinary system of climate change economics,encompassing its origins,positioning,cross-disciplinary interactions,and degree programs.It also emphasizes the critical tasks associated with constructing the academic system of climate change economics,encompassing research subjects,methodologies,focal areas,and academic community building.Furthermore,it elucidates the key tasks involved in constructing the discourse system of climate change economics by considering its mission in the current era,human concerns,and Chinese characteristics.Climate change economics,emerging in response to the times,bears the important mission of providing solutions for global climate governance and offering decision-making support for advancing China's“dual-carbon”goal.It is bound to usher in a significant period of development opportunities.
