摘 要:双元协同育人旨在推动教育与产业的深度融合,培养具有职业适配度和就业竞争力的高素质高技能人才,而创新则是驱动双元协同育人的关键要素。本文围绕职业教育双元主体协同育人实施过程中企业主体地位缺失、学校适应产业能力不足、人才链产业链不匹配等问题,探索集群创新驱动职教领域双元协同育人路径,从团队集群、数据集群、平台集群、机制集群等角度提出解决对策。Dual collaborative education aims to promote the deep integration of education and industry and cultivate high-quality and highly skilled talents with career suitability and employment competitiveness.Innovation is the key factor driving dual collaborative education.Focusing on issues such as the lack of corporate subject status in the implementation of dual-subject collaborative education in vocational education,the lack of schools'ability to adapt to the industry,and the mismatch of the talent chain and industrial chain,the paper explores cluster innovation-driven dual-subject collaborative education paths in the field of vocational education,and solutions are proposed from the perspectives of team cluster,data cluster,platform cluster,and mechanism cluster.
