摘 要:目的探讨虚拟现实技术(VR)支持训练联合中医情志护理对轻度认知障碍(MCI)人群认知领域的影响。方法选择2023年7月-11月我院收治的MCI患者60例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组开展常规认知康复训练,观察组在对照组的基础上开展VR支持训练联合中医情志护理,两组均连续训练6周。比较两组训练前后蒙特利尔认知评价量表(MoCA)、简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分。结果对照组训练后MoCA总分及注意与集中力、记忆力评分均升高(P<0.05),MMSE总分及记忆力、计算和注意力评分均升高(P<0.05);观察组训练后MoCA总分及注意与集中力、记忆力、视空间执行力评分均升高(P<0.05),MMSE总分及记忆力、计算和注意力评分均升高(P<0.05);观察组训练后MoCA总分及注意与集中力、记忆力、视空间执行力评分,MMSE总分及记忆力、计算和注意力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论VR支持训练联合中医情志护理可有效改善MCI人群的认知功能,康复训练效果好,可应用于临床。Objective To explore the impact of virtual reality technology(VR)supported training combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on the cognitive domain of mild cognitive impairment(MCI)population.Methods Sixty MCI patients admitted to our hospital from July to November 2023 were selected.According to the random number grouping method,patients were divided into an observation group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases)using a computer random number generator.The control group received routine cognitive rehabilitation training,while the observation group received VR support training combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional care.Train continuously for 6 weeks and compare the changes in scores on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)and Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE)before and after training between two groups of patients.Results After training,the total score of MoCA,attention and concentration,and memory scores in the control group increased(P<0.05),while the total score of MMSE,memory,calculation,and attention scores increased(P<0.05);The total score of MoCA and the scores of attention and concentration,memory,and visual spatial execution in the observation group were all increased(P<0.05),while the total score of MMSE and the scores of memory,calculation,and attention were all increased(P<0.05);After training,the total score of MoCA,as well as the scores of attention and concentration,memory,and visual spatial execution,MMSE,memory,calculation,and attention in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion VR supported training combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional care can effectively improve cognitive function in MCI patients,and rehabilitation training has good effects,which is worth promoting and learning from in clinical practice.
