摘　　要：为推动数字经济产业和金融服务业的深度融合助力金融服务业数字化转型,从技术角度对数字技术和金融服务业的融合度进行测算和分析。首先运用赫芬达尔指数法,对2013—2022年我国的数字技术与金融服务业的融合度进行了测算,然后针对测算结果对其融合趋势、融合的行业结构和技术结构进行了比较分析。最后,为促进我国数字技术和金融服务业融合发展提出了相关政策建议:一是布局顶层设计引导数字技术的发展和深化应用;二是制定差异化融合战略助力数字技术与不同细分行业的融合;三是培养复合型人才搭建融合的桥梁。In order to promote the deep integration of digital economy industry and finance and help the digital transformation of finance,this paper intends to measure and analyze the integration degree of digital technology and finance from the technical point of view.Firstly,The Herfindhal index method in this paper is used to measure the integration degree of Chinese digital technology and finance from 2013 to 2022,and the integration trend,the industry structure and technical structure of integration are compared and analyzed according to the result.Finally,relevant policy suggestions are put forward to promote the integration and development of Chinese digital technology and finance:The first step is to develope the top-level design to guide the progress and deepening application of digital technology;The second is to formulate a differentiated integration strategy to promote the integration of digital technology and different sub-sectors;The third is to cultivate compound talents as a bridge of integration.
