Multiple Scrotal Epidermal Cysts:A Case Report

摘　　要：患者男,47岁,阴囊多发肿物伴瘙痒2年余。皮肤科情况:阴囊皮下可触及数个米粒至鸽蛋大小皮下囊肿,体积较大者与表皮粘连,体积较小者位于皮下,皮损边界清、活动度可,与阴囊下睾丸、附睾和精索等器官无粘连。术前组织病理示:真皮内可见囊肿,其壁为全层表皮组织,由内向外为颗粒层、棘层、基底层,皮突变平消失;囊肿内容物为板层状角质。诊断:阴囊表皮囊肿。治疗:在局部麻醉下行阴囊肿物剥离术。术后随访1年,未见明显复发。A 47-year-old male presented with scrotum multiple swellings and itching for more than two years.Dermatological examination showed several subcutaneous cysts of rice grain to pigeon egg size were palpable under the skin of the scrotum,the larger ones were adherent to the epidermis,and the smaller ones were located in the subcutis,with clear boundaries of the lesions,movable,and no adhesion with the subcutaneous testes,epididymis,spermatic cord and other organs.Preoperative histopathology showed that the cyst was visible in the dermis,and its wall was the whole layer of epidermal tissue,with granular layer,spinous layer and basal layer from inside to outside,and the dermal prominence was flattened and disappeared;and the content of the cyst was lamellar keratin.Diagnosis:scrotal epidermal cyst.Treatment:scrotal mass exfoliation was performed under local anesthesia.The patient was followed up for one year after the operation and no significant recurrence was observed.
