摘　　要：患者女,32岁,右侧肢体泛发性丘疹14年。皮肤科情况:右腹部、右上肢及右下肢泛发光泽性圆形丘疹,周围绕以炎性红晕,部分呈线状排列。皮损组织病理示:真皮浅中层可见较多的透明细胞巢。诊断:发疹性透明细胞汗管瘤。A 32-year-old female presented with generalized papules on her right unilateral trunk and limbs for 14 years.Dermatological examination showed there were generalized glossy round papules surrounded by inflammatory erythema on her right abdomen and limbs,and some of them were in linear arrangement.Histopathologic examination showed lots of clear cell nests in superficial and middle dermis.The diagnosis of eruptive clear cell syringoma was made.
