摘 要:目的:了解青年临床医师对研究型医师的知识、态度及行为情况,为促进青年临床医师更好成长为优秀的研究型医师提供建议及参考。方法:以医院在职青年临床医师为研究对象,采用自行设计的知信行问卷进行在线调查。应用SPPS 25.0软件包对定量资料进行知信行得分水平分析和影响因素的单因素方差分析。对开放式问题资料进行定性总结分析。结果:回收有效问卷472份,问卷有效率96.92%。研究型医师知识的平均得分为(33.47±7.19)分,及格率为58.69%;态度的平均得分为(20.24±2.25)分;行为的平均得分为(18.77±4.07)分;不同学历对知识得分水平影响有显著性差异;不同年龄、不同职称和不同学历对态度得分水平和行为得分水平影响均有显著差异。定性资料分析也获得青年临床医师在科研能力提升等方面的困难和需求等。结论:青年临床医师对研究型医师的认知有待进一步提升,但对研究型医师的态度和行为则相对积极,应强化青年临床医师相关知识的认知教育,充分做好其成长的指导和支持措施。Objective:To understand the knowledge,attitudes,and behaviors of young clinical physicians regarding research physicians,providing suggestions and references for promoting the growth of young clinical physicians into excellent research physicians.Methods:Employing a self-designed KAP(knowledge,attitude,and practice)questionnaire,an online survey was conducted among young clinical physicians working in the hospital.SPSS 25.0 software was used for quantitative data analysis,including the level of KAP scores and one-way ANOVA for influencing factors.Qualitative data from open-ended questions were also summarized and analyzed.Results:A total of 472 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effectiveness rate of 96.92%.The average knowledge score was 33.47±7.19,with a passing rate of 58.69%;the average attitude score was 20.24±2.25;the average behavior score was 18.77±4.07.Significant differences in knowledge scores were observed across different educational backgrounds;age,title,and education had significant effects on both attitude and behavior scores.Qualitative data analysis revealed difficulties and needs related to the enhancement of research capabilities among young clinical physicians.Conclusion:Young clinical physicians need further enhancement in their understanding of research physicians,although their attitudes and behaviors are relatively positive.It is necessary to strengthen cognitive education related to knowledge and provide adequate guidance and support measures for their growth.
