摘  要:文章对无人机违法建设综合管理平台进行设计与实现,以智能发现、全程处理跟踪及统计决策为目标,构建无人机数据采集、识别比对、监测预警、决策分析的一体化系统。通过无人机高空自动监测手段,快速获取城市重点区域的影像资料,借助特征提取及算法识别系统,智能对比不同时段影像数据,实现违法建设信息自动采集、智能识别分析、在线监测预警、统一管控治理。通过一图展示的方式展现违法建设的总体统计、分布、处置率,形成违法建设云图,为违法建设防控提供分析支撑,为城市相关主管部门提供安全、高效、集中的城市违法监管工作环境和辅助决策支持服务,为现代化城市发展提供更好的服务。It designs and implements an UAV illegal construction comprehensive management platform.Targeting intelligent discovery,full process tracking,and statistical decision-making,an integrated system for UAV data collection,identification and comparison,monitoring and early warning,and decision analysis is constructed.By using UAV high-altitude automatic monitoring methods,we can quickly obtain image data of key urban areas.With the help of feature extraction and algorithm recognition systems,we can intelligently compare image data from different time periods,achieve automatic collection of illegal construction information,intelligent identification and analysis,online monitoring and early warning,and unified management and control.Displaying the overall statistics,distribution,and disposal rate of illegal construction through a single chart,a cloud map of illegal construction is formed,providing analytical support for the prevention and control of illegal construction,providing a safe,efficient,and centralized urban illegal supervision work environment and auxiliary decisionmaking support services for relevant urban authorities,and providing better services for modern urban development.
