摘　　要：习近平生态文明思想是以习近平同志为核心的党中央治国理政实践创新和理论创新在生态文明建设领域的集中体现,是新时代我国生态文明建设的根本遵循和行动指南。本文是国家社科基金重大项目《习近平生态文明思想的科学体系研究》首席专家,在中国共产党第二十次全国代表大会之前撰写的文稿。该文以“一线三论八观”(简称138)创新引领未来为视角,深入研究了习近平生态文明思想的科学体系。同时,提出完善绿色生态的内涵和政策意涵、建构习近平生态文明思想之绿色生态度量标准、设立绿色生态学学科等观点。Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization is a concentrated embodiment of the practical innovation and theoretical innovation of the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping at its core in the field of ecological civilization construction.It is the fundamental guideline and guide to action for China's ecological progress in the new era.This articlewas written before the 2Oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China as the maincontent of a Major Project of The National Social Science Fund of China,Research on Scientific System of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization.The Major Project's chief expert is the article's author.This article deeply explores and researchs on scien-tific system of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization from the perspective of"One main line,Three theories and Eight views"(138 for short),which will lead the future through innovation.At the same time,it puts forward suggestions for improvement of the connotations and policy implications of green ecology,for constructing the green ecological metric of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization,and for establishing one discipline in green ecological field.
