摘 要:无刷直流电机(BLDC)以其效率高、功率密度大、电机温升低等优点,已成为中国油田测井行业的核心部件。但是井下的高温环境会对BLDC的内部参数产生影响,再加上BLDC本质上是一个非线性系统,传统PID控制是基于线性的数学模型,这就导致基于传统PID控制的BLDC双闭环(转速环和电流环)驱动系统性能下降。针对该问题,在BLDC转速环控制器设计中,本文提出使用鲁棒性强的超螺旋算法;为了获得高动态性能的BLDC电磁转矩控制效果,提出使用一阶滑模直接转矩控制系统。通过仿真和实验验证本文设计的BLDC驱动系统的可行性。At present,China is increasingly attaching importance to oil reserves.Brushless DC motor(BLDC)has become the core component of China′s oil field logging industry due to its advantages of high efficiency,high power density,and low motor temperature rise.However,the high-temperature environment underground can have an impact on the internal parameters of BLDC.In addition,BLDC is essentially a nonlinear system,and traditional PID control is based on linear mathematical models.This leads to a decrease in the performance of BLDC dual closed-loop(speed loop and current loop)drive systems based on traditional PID control.In response to this issue,this paper proposed the use of a robust super-twisting algorithm in the design of BLDC speed loop controllers;In order to achieve high dynamic performance of BLDC electromagnetic torque control,a first-order sliding mode direct torque control system was proposed.Verified the feasibility of the BLDC drive system designed in this paper through simulation and experiments.
