三维超声血管斑块定量分析在颈动脉斑块性质诊断与评估中的临床价值研究

摘　　要：探讨三维超声血管斑块定量分析技术在颈动脉斑块性质诊断与评估中的临床价值。选取2022年1月—2023年1月于成都中医药大学附属医院就诊的85例颈动脉斑块患者作为研究对象。所有患者均接受三维超声血管斑块定量分析技术检查以及颈动脉CTA检查,以CTA检查结果作为金标准,明确颈动脉狭窄程度、声像图特征以及斑块性质情况。结果显示,不同狭窄程度患者NWI比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同斑块性质NWI以及GSM比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但斑块厚度、斑块体积、最大面积狭窄率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,三维超声血管斑块定量分析技术在评估颈动脉狭窄程度以及斑块性质方面具有较高的准确性,能够对相关指标进行量化分析,该检查方案无创、方便、快捷,具有临床应用及推广价值。Exploring the clinical value of three-dimensional ultrasound quantitative analysis of vascular plaques in the diagnosis and evaluation of carotid artery plaque properties.85 patients with carotid artery plaques who visited the Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent three-dimensional ultrasound quantitative analysis of vascular plaques and carotid artery CTA examination.The CTA examination results were used as the gold standard to clarify the degree of carotid artery stenosis,ultrasound features,and plaque properties.The results showed that there was a statistically significant difference in NWI between patients with different degrees of stenosis(P<0.05).There were significant differences in NWI and GSM between different plaque properties(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in plaque thickness,plaque volume,and maximum area stenosis rate(P>0.05).Research has found that three-dimensional ultrasound vascular plaque quantitative analysis technology has high accuracy in evaluating the degree of carotid artery stenosis and plaque properties,and can quantitatively analyze relevant indicators.This examination plan is non-invasive,convenient,and fast,and has clinical application and promotion value.
