摘　　要：探究氢氧化钙糊剂根管封药治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床效果。选取2022年1月—2022年12月医院收治的128例慢性根尖周炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组、观察组,每组各64例。对照组患者接受甲醛甲酚根管封药治疗,观察组患者接受氢氧化钙糊剂根管封药治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果显示,治疗后,观察组患者的各项临床症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的各项牙周指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的各项生活质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,针对慢性根尖周炎患者实施氢氧化钙糊剂根管封药治疗,可有效改善患者临床症状和牙周指标,优化治疗效果,治疗安全性高,值得临床推广普及。Exploring the clinical effect of calcium hydroxide paste root canal sealing in the treatment of chronic apical periodontitis.128 patients with chronic apical periodontitis admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 64 cases in each group.The control group received formaldehyde cresol root canal sealing treatment,while the observation group received calcium hydroxide paste root canal sealing treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that after treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had better periodontal indicators than the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life scores of the observation group patients were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that implementing calcium hydroxide paste root canal sealing therapy for patients with chronic apical periodontitis can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,improve periodontal indicators,optimize treatment outcomes,and have high treatment safety.It is worth promoting and popularizing in clinical practice.
