重复经颅磁刺激联合阿立哌唑对多发性抽动症患儿血清氨基酸类神经递质的疗效研究

摘　　要：探讨重复经颅磁刺激(repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS)联合阿立哌唑对多发性抽动症患儿血清氨基酸类神经递质谷氨酸(Glu)和门冬氨酸(Asp)的影响及疗效。选取2019年1月—2023年6月浙江省台州医院康复科收治的76例多发性抽动症患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组和联合组,每组各38例。对照组患儿接受口服阿立哌唑片治疗,联合组患儿在对照组口服阿立哌唑片治疗基础上增加rTMS治疗,比较两组患儿治疗效果。结果显示,治疗后,联合组患儿血清Glu和Asp水平低于对照组(P<0.05);联合组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,rTMS联合阿立哌唑治疗多发性抽动症较阿立哌唑单一治疗更有优势,可发挥协同增效作用,能明显减轻患儿临床症状,抑制患儿神经递质Glu及Asp的释放,降低患儿大脑皮质兴奋性。Exploring the effects and therapeutic effects of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined with aripiprazole on serum amino acid neurotransmitters in children with Tourette’s syndrome.76 children with Tourette’s syndrome admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of Taizhou Hospital of Zhejiang Province from January 2019 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The children were divided into a control group and a combination group using a random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received oral aripiprazole tablets for treatment,while the combination group received rTMS treatment in addition to the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that after treatment,the serum Glu and Asp levels in the combination group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the combination of rTMS and aripiprazole has more advantages in treating children with Tourette’s syndrome compared to aripiprazole alone.It can exert a synergistic effect,significantly alleviate clinical symptoms in children,inhibit the release of neurotransmitters Glu and Asp,and reduce cortical excitability in children.
