摘 要:研究基于典型个案病例医嘱开展护理教学的效果。将2021年1月—2021年12月广西医科大学附属武鸣医院呼吸内科接收的实习生作为对照组(n=56,实施常规护理教学),将2022年1月—2022年12月广西医科大学附属武鸣医院呼吸内科接收的实习生作为研究组(n=51,在对照组基础上实施基于典型个案病例医嘱的护理教学)。比较各组理论和实操成绩、自我能力提升情况以及带教满意度。研究发现,基于典型个案病例医嘱开展护理教学有助于加深实习生对理论知识的掌握程度,提高实习生的实操能力,增强自我能力,提升其对护理带教工作的满意度。Research on the effectiveness of nursing teaching based on typical case medical advice.Nursing interns admitted to the Respiratory Department of Wuming Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the control group(n=56,implementing routine nursing teaching),while nursing interns admitted to the Respiratory Department of Wuming Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research group(n=51,implementing nursing teaching based on typical case orders on the basis of the control group).Compare the theoretical and practical performance,self-improvement,and teaching satisfaction of each group.Research has found that conducting nursing teaching based on typical case medical advice can help deepen the mastery of theoretical knowledge,improve practical skills,enhance self ability,and enhance the satisfaction of respiratory nursing interns with nursing teaching work.
