摘 要:创新是企业实现高质量发展的关键举措,组织学习被认为是推动创新战略实施的重要前提,但其影响创新的路径尤其是供应链弹性的内在作用机制却并不清晰。文章以中国215家制造企业为样本,运用偏最小二乘法结构方程模型探讨了组织学习能力、供应链弹性和创新绩效三者之间的关系。结果表明,组织学习能力正向影响供应链弹性和创新绩效,供应链弹性对创新绩效具有积极作用且在组织学习能力和创新绩效之间起部分中介作用,为制造企业推进组织学习以提升供应链弹性和创新绩效提供了理论支撑和实践启示。Innovation has become a key measure for enterprises to achieve high-quality development,and organizational learning is considered to be an important prerequisite to promote the implementation of innovation strategy.However,the impact of organizational learning on innovation,particularly the internal mechanism of supply chain resilience,is not clear.This study examines the relationship between organizational learning capability,supply chain resilience and innovation performance among 215manufacturing enterprises in China using a partial least squares structural equation model.The results show that an enterprise's organizational learning ability has a positive impact on its supply chain resilience and innovation performance.Additionally,supply chain resilience also has a positive effect on innovation performance and plays a partial mediating role between organizational learning ability and innovation performance.These conclusions provide theoretical support and practical enlightenment for manufacturing enterprises to improve their supply chain resilience and innovation performance by promoting organizational learning.
