摘　　要：国际青年科技人才是国际化人才中具有创业创新激情、掌握前沿科技资讯、善于开展科研攻关的群体,也是国家建设需要重点吸引的国际化人才。文章从国际科创人才引育的意义着手,分析了国际人才引育的现状和做法,以宁波诺丁汉大学李达三孵化园的国际科技创新人才引育实践为例,分析中外合作大学创新载体在招才引智、校企协同创新、以及服务生态方面的探索。为新形势下国际科技创新人才引育提供借鉴。Young science and technology talents with international backgrounds are a group with passionate,entrepreneurship and innovation spirit,mastering cutting-edge technology,and are good at carrying out scientific research.They are also the key power to contribute to future national construction.This paper starts with the definition,emphasizes the importance of the introduction of international science and innovation talents,analyzes the current practices of introducing international science and technology innovation talents.The paper takes a close look at the practice of Li Dak Sum Incubator of the University of Nottingham Ningbo China,and uses it as an example to analyze the possibilities of introducing and nurturing international science and technology talents at Sino-foreign universities.The aim is to provide soft-landing services to international science and technology talents under the new situation.
