摘　　要：肩袖修补术患者康复锻炼依从性对肩关节功能恢复至关重要,但现状不够理想。通过检索国内外数据库文献,该文总结了肩袖修补术患者康复锻炼依从性的现状,分析患者生理心理因素、康复锻炼负荷、社会支持、医疗支持因素对肩袖修补术患者康复锻炼依从性的影响并阐释相关护理干预模式,旨在为提高肩袖修补术患者康复锻炼依从性提供参考依据。The adherence of rehabilitation exercise of rotator cuff repair patients is very important for the recovery of shoulder joint function,but the situation is not ideal.By searching the literature of domestic and foreign databases,this paper reviewed the status quo of rehabilitation exercise compliance of patients with rotator cuff repair,analyzed the influence of physiological and psychological factors,rehabilitation exercise load,social support and medical support on rehabilitation exercise adherence of patients with rotator cuff repair,and explained relevant nursing intervention modes,aiming at providing reference for improving rehabilitation exercise adherence of patients with rotator cuff repair.
