摘 要:为掌握香菇多糖对蛋鸡生长性能、免疫功能及禽流感疫苗免疫效果的影响,试验将120只1日龄禽流感非免疫罗曼灰蛋鸡随机分为4组,对照组不添加香菇多糖,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别添加50、100、200 mg/kg香菇多糖进行试验,试验为期77 d。结果显示,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅲ组最佳;Ⅲ组蛋鸡血清中IL-2和IFN-γ水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);禽流感疫苗免疫后,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组蛋鸡禽流感H5抗体水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅲ组抗体水平最高。结果表明,香菇多糖可以提高蛋鸡生长性能、免疫功能及禽流感疫苗免疫效果,在本试验条件下,香菇多糖的最佳添加量为200 mg/kg。To master the influence of lentinan on growth performance,immune function and immune effect of avian influenza vaccine in laying hens,a total of 1201-day-old non-immune Roman grey chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups.The control group was not supplemented with lentinan,and the experimental groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢwere supplemented with 50,100 and 200 mg/kg lentinan,respectively.The experiment lasted for 77 days.The results showed that the average daily gain ofⅠ,ⅡandⅢwas significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),the ratio of feed to gain was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05),and groupⅢwas the best.Serum levels of IL-2 and IFN-γin groupⅢwere significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After immunization with avian influenza vaccine,the H5 antibody level of laying hens in groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢwas significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and groupⅢwas the highest.The results showed that lentinan could improve the growth performance,immune function and immune effect of avian influenza vaccine of laying hens.The optimal amount of lentinan added in this experiment was 200 mg/kg.
