摘 要:目的探讨直丝弓滑动矫治技术联合微螺钉种植体支抗对安氏Ⅱ类错颌畸形患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2021年5月-2023年5月在长春市口腔医院口腔正畸科治疗的80例安氏Ⅱ类错颌畸形患者的临床资料。按照治疗方式不同分为两组,对照组施以直丝弓滑动矫治技术治疗,观察组施以直丝弓滑动矫治技术联合微螺钉种植体支抗治疗。比较两组面部美学效果、咬合功能、口腔功能及不良事件发生率。结果两组治疗后SNB与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组SNA、ANB减小;MMCOF、AOF、COF指标低于治疗前,TOF高于治疗前;治疗后,两组吞咽、咀嚼、舒适度评分高于治疗前;观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组;差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论直丝弓滑动矫治技术联合微螺钉种植体支抗能够改善安氏Ⅱ类错颌畸形患者面部美学效果、咬合功能和口腔功能,降低不良事件发生率。Objective To explore the clinical effificacy of straight wire sliding correction technology combined with micro screw implant support in patients with Class Ⅱ malocclusion.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 80 patients with Class Ⅱ malocclusion treated in the Department of Orthodontics at Changchun Stomatological Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023.Divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,the control group received treatment with straight wire arch sliding correction technology,while the observation group received treatment with straight wire arch sliding correction technology combined with micro screw implant anchorage.Compare the facial aesthetic effects,bite function,oral function,and incidence of adverse events between two groups.Results There was no statistically signifificant difference in SNB between the two groups after treatment and before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,SNA and ANB decreased in both groups;MMCOF,AOF,and COF indicators were lower than before treatment,while TOF was higher than before treatment;After treatment,the swallowing,chewing,and comfort scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment;The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;The difference was statistically signifificant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of straight wire arch sliding correction technology and micro screw implant support can improve the facial aesthetic effect,bite function,and oral function of patients with Class Ⅱ malocclusion,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
