摘　　要：以下颌后缩为主要特征的骨性Ⅱ类错牙合畸形在青少年中非常多见,临床多采用功能矫治器对此类正处于发育高峰期的青少年患者进行矫治。本文对近年来功能矫形治疗后颞下颌关节内髁突、关节窝、关节盘等成分变化的影像学研究,以及功能矫形对颞下颌关节的影响进行综述回顾。Skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion characterized by mandibular retrusion is very common among adolescents.Clinically,functional appliances are generally used to treat adolescent patients who are in the adolescent growth spurt.This article reviews imaging studies in recent years that have assessed changes in the condyle,articular fossa,and articular disc of the temporomandibular joint following functional orthotic treatment,as well as the effects of functional orthotic treatment on the temporomandibular joint.
