摘  要:研究分析了全球职业教育的发展趋势和中国面临的挑战,强调了产业学院在提升教育质量和资源优化方面的关键作用,旨在应用成熟度模型(CMMI)构建一个针对产业学院的评估策略,探索职业教育革新的新途径。通过混合方法设计,结合定量和定性分析,对两所代表性产业学院进行了全面实证研究。研究结果显示,CMMI模型能有效评估产业学院在教育质量、产教融合及创新能力方面的表现,为职业院校产业学院的持续改进和教育质量提升提供了新的视角和评估工具。The study analyzes the development trends of global vocational education and the challenges faced by China,emphasizes the key role of industrial colleges in improving education quality and optimizing resources,and aims to apply the maturity model(CMMI)to construct an evaluation strategy for industrial colleges and explore new paths for vocational education reform.A comprehensive empirical study are conducted on two representative industrial colleges through a mixed method design,combining quantitative and qualitative analysis.The results show that the CMMI model can effectively evaluate the performance of industrial colleges interms of education quality,integration between industry and education as well as innovation ability,and provide a new perspective and evaluation tool for the continuous improvement and education quality enhancement of industrial colleges in vocational colleges.
