摘 要:高质量的全科医学人才培养是我国新发展阶段全面推进健康中国建设的时代主题之一。放眼国际,澳大利亚全科医学人才培养历经六十余年的实践和探索,明确了追求卓越和服务社会的培养定位,形成了涵盖各阶段的完整且持续的培养体系,设置了多样化、学科融合的课程,构建了行业一流的专业师资队伍,并贯彻以行业学会为主导的治理策略。尽管中澳两国在国情、文化和制度背景上存在差异,探析澳大利亚的做法与经验,可以为我国的全科医学人才培养获得以下启示:形成质量本位的目标导向;探索建立同质化培养标准;提升课程设置的国际化和胜任力导向;重视本科阶段的浸入式教育引导;推进专业师资队伍的准入和培养;发挥行业学会在专业和学术层面的作用。The cultivation of high-quality general medical professionals is a key theme for the times in promoting the comprehensive development of a Healthy China in the new era of China's growth.Observing the world,Australia's extensive experience of over 60 years in general medical talent training has established a clear orientation of pursuing excellence and serving society.It has developed a comprehensive and continuous training system,encompassing all stages,and established a diverse and interdisciplinary curriculum.Additionally,it has fostered a top-notch teaching team and implemented an industry-oriented governance strategy.Despite differences in national conditions,cultural backgrounds,and system settings between China and Australia,valuable insights can be gleaned from Australia's successful practices:establish a quality-driven goal orientation;explore the development of standardized training;enhance the internationalization and competency focus of the curriculum;prioritize immersive educational guidance during the undergraduate stage;facilitate the recruitment and training of professional educators;and leverage the role of industry associations at the professional and academic levels.
