摘 要:确保126 kV GIS设备技术性能前提下,为满足电力用户轻量化和紧凑化需求,通过改善产品结构从而实现减轻产品重量和外形尺寸的目的,增加其设计灵活性,同时减小间隔的重量,降低了对基建的载荷要求。文中介绍了一种轻量化126 kV GIS设备的结构特点及性能参数,采用仿真分析软件对断路器灭弧室单元进行气流场仿真优化及各种工况下断路器模块和三工位模块电场进行仿真,并对断路器和三工位罐体进行强度校核,满足轻量化126 kV GIS设备机械性能需求。计算结果表明:轻量化126 kV GIS设备灭弧室、三工位和总体结构设计合理,确保了各项型式试验的顺利通过,为后续GIS轻量化设计奠定了理论基础。On the premise of ensuring the technical performance of 126 kV GIS and for meeting the lightweight and compact needs of power users,the goal of reducing product weight and external dimensions is achieved by improving the product structure,increasing its design flexibility,and reducing the weight of bays,thereby reducing the load requirements for civil work.In this paper,the structural characteristics and performance parameters of a kind of lightweight 126 kV GIS is introduced.The simulation analysis software is used to optimize the airflow field of the interrupter unit of circuit breaker and simulate the electric field of the circuit breaker module and three working position module under various working conditions.Moreover,the strength of the circuit breaker and three working position enclosures is also verified so to meet the mechanical performance requirements of lightweight 126 kV GIS.The calculation results show that the interrupter,three working position and overall structure of the lightweight 126 kV GIS are reasonable in design,which assures the successful pass of various type tests items and lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent lightweight design of GIS.
