净醛抗菌饰面人造板分析研究

摘　　要：研究净醛抗菌组合物与净醛抗菌饰面人造板的制备工艺,分析净醛抗菌饰面人造板的净醛、抗菌、防霉和去TVOC等环保性能。结果表明:以甲壳素、医用级2-咪唑烷酮、N掺杂改性纳米TiO_(2)或纳米硅片为主要原料,经过高速搅拌混合均匀后,按照一定比例添加在浸渍胶膜饰面纸浸胶工艺中并将其充分溶解,所制备的净醛抗菌饰面人造板,具有良好的净醛、抗菌、防霉、去TVOC等功效。The preparation process of formaldehyde-purifying and antibacterial compositions and wood-based pan⁃els with formaldehyde-purifying and antibacterial veneer are studied,and the environmental protection properties such as the formaldehyde purification,antibacterium,mildew proofing and TVOC removal of wood-based panels with formaldehyde-purifying and antibacterial veneer are analyzed.Results show that chitin,medical-grade 2-im⁃idazolidinone and N-doped modified nano TiO_(2) or nano silicon wafers are used as main raw materials,after highspeed stirring and mixing,they are added to the dipping process of impregnated adhesive veneer paper according to a certain proportion and fully dissolved,and that the prepared wood-based panel with formaldehyde-purifying and antibacterial veneer has good effects such as formaldehyde purification,antbacterium,mildew proofing and TVOC removal.
