地方性博物馆志愿者参与动机与工作满意度关系研究——以淄博地区博物馆为例

摘　　要：博物馆是重要的公共文化服务场所,承担着大众科学文化普及和教育任务。随着社会的发展和文化建设的不断推进,社会中的个体与博物馆之间的精神距离更为贴近,除作为参观者到访博物馆之外,以志愿者的身份深度参与博物馆工作的需求也日益凸显。为探究地方性博物馆志愿者参与动机与工作满意度的关系,该研究采用问卷调查法,以淄博地区博物馆志愿者为研究对象,通过数据分析开展实证研究。结果发现,博物馆志愿者参与动机中内部动机大于外部动机,志愿者参与动机越强,工作满意度越高。该结果有助于从志愿者参与动机的视角分析博物馆志愿者工作,为博物馆招募、培训、管理、制定激励措施等工作提供实证层面的支持。Museums are important public cultural service places,undertaking the tasks of popularizing science and culture and ed-ucating the public.With the development of society and the continuous promotion of cultural construction,the spiritual distance between individuals in society and museums has become closer.In addition to visiting museums as visitors,the need to participate deeply in museum work as volunteers has also become increasingly prominent.To explore the relationship between motivation for local museum volunteers to participate and job satisfaction,this study used a questionnaire survey method and conducted empirical research on museum volunteers in the Zibo area through data analysis.The results showed that the internal motivation of museum volunteers was greater than the external motivation,and the stronger their motivation for participation,the higher their job satisfaction.This result helps us to analyze museum volunteer work from the perspective of volunteer participation motivation,providing empirical support for museum recruitment,training,management,and development of incentive measures.
